First Time Consigners
New consigners are always welcome! Consignment appointments are required to better serve you. We want to keep it simple and make it a wonderful boutique experience.
Items Consigned
We accept merchandise for the entire family, men included!
Spring/Summer items accepted: Jan - June
Fall/Winter items accepted: July - Dec
Handbags, jewelry and shoes are accepted year round!
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is determined by OUAT. This would also include markdowns and promotional discounts.
Consigner will receive 40% of the selling price. You may request to have a check mailed or stop in to pick up your payment. Your account balance can be used as store credit.
Consignment Agreement
In season items accepted will be placed on consignment for a 60-day minimum period.
You may elect to have your items returned or donated. If you elect to have your items returned, please call prior to expired date. This will allow us time to gather your items which may be reclaimed after your 60 day period within 3 days. After that period, any unclaimed, unsold or donated items become the property of Once Upon A Time a.k.a. OUAT.
What Else Should I know?
We look for items new or gently used:
Labels, buttons, and hems intact
Working zippers
No pilling, spots, stains or fading
Shoes: no scuffs, scratches, damaged toes or heels and clean inside.
Handbags: cleaned outlining intact, gentle used inside and out.
Jewelry, belts, scarves & gloves: clean, matching, and working.

Call and make an appointment. Please have an idea of your style, brands, size and gender.

Before the appointment, please fill out the Total Estimate Count Sheet (available on the above link or in store). This sheet would help us keep your consignment process simple.

During the appointment, bring in seasonally appropriate items. Freshly cleaned; free of smoke, mildew, mothballs and pet hair.

Most appointments take 20 minutes or less. Have your items ready to sell by bring them in on hangers, neatly folded, and wrinkled free.
